My new lift is installed, by the way. Took me 8 hours to do it all solo. The spindles were the biggest pain in the butt. The 5100's were the easiest part, taking only 10 min each. I never would have finished today if it wasn't for the Pneumatic tools.

Still need to bleed the brakes again. They are still a bit soft. And currently is dire need of a front end alignment. Didn't have time to get to the shop before they closed.

 

by the way i just reread this post and in no way am i saying aj kissed ass to get the rep he has. just wanted to make that clear. didnt even think about that till i reread it and thought about how it "could be" taken. so wanna make sure no milk is spilled.

I'll post some after I get my alignment, it's way out of whack. It's dirty as Hell, but it will give you a general idea. It's 4" spindles in front with 5100's set at 1.75 and extended brake lines. For the rear, 2" aal and 2" block, rcd 4.5" shocks and extended brake lines. Hopefully a leaf pack in the near future.

 

Has anyone here done the DTRL mod?

 

i did but it cost me A LOT of money and now i wish i could turn that part of the mod off.
