That's not too far me. My fiance was going to do that for my birthday. I told her if I go, I'll come back with an STI. I ended up not going haha.

Do you guys think it would be ok to drive like 2 miles without an air filter? I'm in the process of cleaning mine but it's not dry yet and I need to go to school...

As long as you don't drive through the desert or the ocean along the way, you'll be fine.

Zach, I know how you drive based on personal observation and some of the videos you've posted and I will tell you this:

Keep an additional $5K-$6K around for that engine rebuild you WILL need once you blow something up on an STi. ;)

I don't even drive mine hard but I've got the extra cash sitting around just in case that baby decides to pop.

It is a hard motor to blow up, stock. And some guys even get away with a Stage 2 tune like I have for quite a good amount of miles. But not boosting all over the place. Which I know you would do. :p

And no effing way you are touching my car. :brianr:

No, you can't touch the car. But.... :spy:

I don't know. COBB, the company that makes the tuning map I'm running, claims 340HP and 380 ft/lb at the CRANK. Probably translates to just under 270 ish at the wheels hp and close to 310 torque at the wheels.

It's plenty of power. I am breaking the speed limit regardless of where I am before I'm done with 3rd.

UFC Undisputed 3 will be my game to get. I LOVED UFC Undisputed 2009 and thought UFC Undisputed 2010 was WWAAYY overboard and didn't get much into it. I'm getting bored of MW3. I hope they fix their crappy server for UFC 3 so it won't lag like crap when playing with other people online.

EDIT For those of you that are in to MMA they bring back Pride Fighting Champion mode as well with Pride rules which is a PLUS IN MY BOOK! I love Pride..I enjoy UFC but Pride will always be better IMO

Let me borrow your car and I know a few places we can rally it around. Not sure how long well live though.

I'd love to get one but I will either wreck it or get too many tickets. I would like a new hatch sti. I like the new wide body ones. I'd buy another bike before I get an sti though. I miss my r1 every day but I am only allowed to buy one if it is strictly a track bike.

Why does everyone think I would let them borrow my car? You think STi's are some kind of cheap whores or something?

SHE'S MY CHEAP WHORE - YOU CAN'T TOUCH!
