Good luck. My landlord took me for $1250. I tried fighting it, but found out it's going to be nearly impossible for me to actually get any money out of her... and I wasn't willing to spend a bunch of money, only to get nothing...

Hopefully they won't man (I own a property management company) its pretty hard to get a judgement against a tenant in Colorado, you have to document warnings and collection attempts and he landlord has to spend some serious money to get into court. It is usually not worth it unless its a lot of damage.

 

I had a four-plex for a number of years and you're right. Then even when you get the judgement it's still a bitch to get the $$. The judgement didn't usually include payment directive. You just about have to file another suit.

Sorry I don't know how to post pictures on here and really don't have the time. Here is what I have for sale it is all listed on craigslist also. These all came of 09 trd off road dbl cab. BFG KM2 mud tires 265/70/17 sipped for the winter, 75% tread mounted on XD Misfit wheels. Will include locking lug nuts, I am asking 650 need to get rid of. I'm renting AND a homeowner The housing market can suck a fart outta my ass because I am still waiting on my house in KY to sell. Got a phone call this morning from the apt mgr saying they are going to be raising my rent when it comes time to renew our lease in a couple of months. I pay too damn much as it is ! I've been hunting all over the interwebs for a new place to live but what makes it a pain in the arse is that I need to have room for 2 vehicles to park and a garage big enough to fit 3 motorcycles and my tools. All the houses that I look at to rent are in the ghetto. Why does Denver have such ugly ass houses??? Maybe I'm just a spoiled country boy from the south and am used to having more space (or at least a front porch big enough to sit on). If anybody has any connections I'm all ears!
