i take usp labs prime and find it works well for me. although i have not had a panel run to establish a base line on my hormones.

really man like the other guy had said hard workouts will get your testosterone up leg day is one of the biggest ones so don't go half ass.

also saturated fat can help keep your test up a lot of guy's completely cut this out of their diet and inadverently lower their test by doing so.

imo just go for the roids lol.

You're low on B vitamin and Vitamin D. Both help regulate positive mood. I would excercise like the others have said and take vit sups. You want a quick temporary fix than go get some kratom

Was actually felling the same as you OP. Test was down around 300 or so, Doc says it should be around 800. Taking a B Complex and 4,000 units of Vitamin D3 per day and my mood is better, concentration is better, and so is everything else. Did the test shots and they were great for about 7 days then it's just used up. I'll do what what suggested of more squats as well.

Have you checked for a varicocele?

I had one, and my test was in the 300s. I'm 22, so that shit shouldnt be happening.

Sure enough, varicocele was the culprit (along with causing drastically lower swimmers)

1 in 15 guys has one.

See an endocrinologist . 400 is low IMO. Tell him what you are feeling. I've been in your boat before, it's only going to get worse.
Sure, heavy lifting will SLOWLY increase test but I'll take forever. See a endo and do what he/she says.

I started taking 2 of these pills a day for the past 2 weeks. Someone on this thread recommended them.

It seems to be getting better but, it is taking some time. The bottle only suggests 1 a day, so I was hoping to get my level up and then reduce back to 1.

    http://www.amazon.com/Tribulus-Raw-...9H4M/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1327411315&sr=8-3

    I am still taking about 4,000 Vitamin D a day and my 1mg of B12 a month.

I go back to my doctor at the end of this month. I will see what he says.

VYVANSE!!! It's ADD medication that everyone in this entire world should be on!!! Up til 4am last night and got a ton of shit done! only side effect I have is mood swings... If you piss me off while I'm on it, I'm prone to get mid evil on your ass... LOL Other than that, takes care of 'drive' issues and best of all, it's not an amphetamine, it's a protein! check it out...

What the hell does this have to do with low testosterone levels???

And it does have an amphetamine in it.

I got my results from my second visit from the Dr. today.

After appx. 3 weeks on taking 2 Tribulus Raw Power a day, my testosterone has increased from 477 to 572. Normal is anywhere from 348 to 1197.

So it seems to be working, just somewhat slowly
