    I was...I thought I was on the ground, stepped off, but there was no ground there...well there was. It was just 5 more feet. I pulled my left shoulder (cuz I was still hanging on) and then impacted my lower back again. :(

    Some peoples kids...Kind of ironic, isn't it? This actually makes me smile a bit. I had a high school friend who turned into a local TV preacher, and I knew him for a long time. I can say he did it for the money and no other reason.

    Curt, you know, you are not getting any younger. Good luck with the new assignment, it sounds like it could be a tough one. I would have a hard time with taking property from someone down on their luck, but I would enjoy taking it from outright scumbags! Hope you're not hurt too bad, don't want to head back to the desk!

    Funny to see this man begging for the poor and living in a 10 mil. $ house. His son was in Rollins but was so dum he sold to the same undercover lady 2 times :rofl:. I guess his dad will buy him a upgraded cell in N. Fla..:cool:

    I have a relative who is always onto some scheme or another...guy could sell the Brooklyn Bridge or ocean front property in Arizona...that kind of stuff. I can remember as a kid, at one time he was going into the TV evangelist business; big black Cadillac and all...even then I remember thinking it was BS...that idea hasn't lessened any over the years. He's part of the family I've had nothing to do with for 14 years now. Oh well. :cool:

    Back to what I consider "normal" ... if there is such a thing here. :rolleyes: Don't know what they called the official amount from yesterdays snowstorm; but last night I moved about 8 inches off the driveway with the snowblower. Wish I could send some your way. MT w/o snow doesn't seem right, ya' know? :(

    Friend and I are gonna try to get out snowshoeing Mon or Tue (I work weekends) now that the temps will allow that kind of time outside. Take care! :)

    Nothing has been right this year - no snow and the temps are usually too warm. Which is bad because you can work up a sweat too easily while be ing out on the trail.
