You should put Seafoam through your brake booster line, you could do your PVC line but I think the brake booster will be better. You can use 1/4 or 1/2 a can in(slowly).
Ide also put some through your fuel.

dont know about the headers, you could try URD.

Also, I wouldnt put it in the oil! It could damage seals, bc of the age and mileage on the truck.

Right behind the brake fluid reservoir is a big round thing(brake booster) attached to the firewall. There is a vacuum line coming off of that. Unhook that vacuum line from the brake booster and pour seafoam into it while the engine is running.

half can thru the brake booster line/half can in the gas tank....you are good to go. get someone to look at your header......you may be able to hav it welded back together if it isnt too bad.

best bet is to take the header off the truck and see how bad it actually is first, then decide if you wanna try welding it.

My suggestion is to put the seafoam back on the shelf at the Wal~mart. Pouring liquids into your brake booster, or any vacuum line for that mater line can damage your engine. As far as your "header" goes that looks like a stock exhaust manifold to me, not a header. If you wan't more performance out of your truck I would suggest getting a header. If you are tight on cash though, I would just run down to the junk yard and see about finding another stock exhaust manifold. I think the stock manifolds are too thick to be welded effectively.
