Ive been good. Im at work now. The family had the memorial/celebration of life yesterday at the house and there was tons of people there. It was up in oakhurst and people were filling courts 2 and 3 streets down and walking up. It was a good thing to see, and all of the neighbors supplied food and there was an abundance of food everywhere.
Things are getting better for the gym. We still haven't heard any definite news on whats going to happen. He has a son who is managing CountryWood fitness in walnut creek, so hopefully he'll be able to come here and manage both facilities, but those are pretty big shoes to fill. (plus I heard rumor that they just signed another 5 or 10 year lease, before he passed away)

    Oh and its Lucas. nbd

    haha no problem.
yeah I hope they can keep both gyms open since I workout at both. Clayton for me is more the power lifting gym and the weights are actually racked properly. Countrywood in walnut creek has the better women, :p but nothing is ever racked right, there will be a 2.5, 10's and a 5lb on an arm of the tower blocking the 45's or something like that. so annoying. I only go there to work back, because i prefer their pull-up and seated row stations
