They could if they were in a similar airstream. At a high enough altitude, you wouldn't see minor fluxuations as they floated across the sky. So can it be duplicated relatively easily. Yes. If you wanted them to keep an equal distance, you could always tie them together. Other options don't make much sense. If it was a super secret military experiment, why would they fly it over a population with the lights on. If it was a spacecraft, why would they even have flight lights or turn them on while they're observing us humans.

I'll be interested to see what that is. I haven't heard anything, or seen anything in the paper about a casino out here, but you never know.

It's probably a casino, so all the weary travelers coming from Picacho and Marana have a place to stop, and rest for a while.

Could be a JTF site? Joint Task Force? I did drug patrols along the Mexican and Arizona borders just south of Nogales back in the mid 90's. We had a small compound a little like that. Did drug patrols and border crossing surveillance while I was in the Corp. Us and the Army, never saw them, they dug in real good.

 

After looking at all three pictures I have determined that they are all from the same site but possibly taken on different days. The gate pics were taken on the same day from the north west corner of the "compound" facing easterly. You can tell they were the same day by the clouds in the sky. The panoramic one was taken from the southwest corner of the compound but there seems to be a lack of clouds as compared to the first two pictures. The way I figured the first two pictures are from the same place as the panoramic is by looking at the power poles in the panoramic and comparing them to the poles in the picture that looks down the fence line. you can see there are poles along the perimeter then one pole that is inside the perimeter. Also at the far right of the panoramic you can see two large saguaro cacti right next to each other and in the fence line pic you can see two large objects next to each other in the distance. This means the description of the location in the original article is false.

 

It's probably another FEMA prison camp.

 

Someone mentioned back on this thread that they thought it might be Scientologies new underground storage vault. That gets my vote. I would be willing to bet that is what it is.......
