I was looking up info on doing the anytime fogs mod on my 2012. After searching, I realized they are only on 05-11? Anybody have a link to doing it on a 2012? Did I miss something in my searches?

I was going to post this in lighting, but I figured I would get more people with 2012s in this section. If a mod feels it is inappropriate, please let me know.

Ps. If no one has tried it, I will figure it out and post a how to.

    Yes.
I read a couple threads about people messing things up when doing the 05-11 method. Can't confirm it is different though.

I did one posting with pictures on what I found in December. The lights from the 2011's don't work. The 2012's lights have two tabs on one side, and two Phillips screws on the other side. The closest fit I've looked at is eBay, searching for Corolla or Camry fogs. I haven't gone further than that, and want to follow your thread

Are you guys still bending the tab for the foglamp relay out to the side? And then installing a female spade connector? Or are you pressing a male spade connector down in there with it?

I attached a female connector to the fuse after bending the tab out, ran a wire with a 1 amp in line fuse and a male connector into the seat heater pin...

That's what I will do- I already have the inline fuse. Thanks for the input.

So I couldn't wait and I did this mod tonite.

My truck didn't come with seat heaters, so I could not get get power to the right of the foglamp relay. Other than that, everything worked great! I used a 2a fuse as well (full size) because that's all I had.
