    You try passing one of those tests! Lol. I'm also L1 certified, light duty diesel certified, and was IM certified until Anchorage decided to get rid of there emissions program.

    Don't worry I don't think he gets more than about 75 on those IQ tests.

    Hitch and wiring, aux back-up light, rear strobe lights, radio and underseat sub.
    Stiff pedal is either from a mechanical binding from a failed part(unlikely), or failing brake booster valving. Use both feet on the brake pedal next time this happens. If the pedal moves and the brakes work, you have a booster issue. If it won't move you have a mechanical failure.
