I agree with the Rezound being the best phone I have ever had also... (coming from a long list)

I am not sure how the Amaze compares to the Rezound, but if the specs are anything like it, I would say to at least give it a try. Samsung phones do not tend to get the signal strength that HTC phones have. I am not bashing Samsung, I know they make very good phones, just right now, I think HTC may have a slight edge (it could change at any time) I posted a screen shot to show you the importance of a good signal. The speeds are roughly 3 times faster than my home internet I pay $50 a month for.

I have the HTC vivid, love it. Great battery life and is quick. Plus a good camera on it.

I'm with Sprint and I currently have the HTC EVO and I have no real problems with it.. it seems a lil slow anymore.. As someone else mentioned earlier the HTC Sense that they operate with is great. I'm looking to upgrade my phone here soon and I am pretty set on the Samsung Galaxy S II

Deck plate, all time auxillary, black billet, xeon bulbs, sockmonkey decals, and lots of back to black.
Between the two that's the obvious choice IMO.

The III sounds sick but that's part of the game. New models will always be on the way.

As far as droids go. If you're comfortable rooting the software can all be changed. If your phone gets slow, flash another newly updated rom and you will always notice a difference.

Between Google back-up and titanium back-up (free) you wont loose your wanted information. I'm surprised at how new a Droid will feel after updating a new rom. Xda - supplies great help with it aswell.

I highly recommended the cm7 rom as of now. But it can be different per device.
