However, it would likely end up getting kicked out of court or put in mediation and litigation until there is no money left for the client after lawyer fees. I know how these guys work I'm in the wrong damn business! my lawyer has a 15 min minimum charge on phone calls talk for 5 minutes and get billed for 15 @ 75 bucks.
