Hey guys jus wondering if anyone has had experences loading there quad into there truck but by bending or damaging the tail gate ? Im in the middle of a deal and might be pikn up a polaris 500 , i have a shrt box too so may not evan fit or its gonna be close! My Question is should i buy a small trailer to lug it around or is the tailgate strong enough to have a quad drive up it?

The older 2nd gns have had issues with tailgates bending.. my 06 did too. There a way to stiffen them up. just each for it. A lot of people do it. Then youll be fine.

I just lift my predator 500 to load it. I have never had a problem with the tailgate and it just barely fits. I have the short bed and have to leave the tailgate down. Just put a board the length of the tailgate under the rear tires to absorb the weight.

did you have the TSB leaf done? doesn't look like you're sagging, how heavy is that quad? I'd like to get one in the future... looks like it fits nicely.
