My stupid friend was borrowing my truck and -stupidly- didnt put anything on my seats and now I have what I presume to be grease, oil, coffee and/or soda on the seats. Sadly I haven't been able to find seat covers that fit my seats at Walmart or any other stores (havent checked auto zone or such because I cant afford them at the moment and I know I cant afford the custom ones that I want that are $100+ on a website.

They are darker spots on it and I have used Clorox wipes to clean out my truck and it seemed to clean the windows, center console (was HORRIBLY filthy), cup holders (had cigarette ashes CAKED on), and everything else I found wrong with my truck. I also found burned holes in the carpet from him smoking in my truck (I never let anyone smoke in my truck unless its a e-cig) and there was soda and im guessing coffee spilled all over the doors, cup holder divider I need to replace because my glowsticks exploded and melted the plastic on it but im not to worried about that.

If anyone knows me they know how pissy I get when my vehicle is messy and not cleaned. I usually clean it out once a week or until it starts getting bad. I need to vacumme it out but that can wait, but does anyone know any product that will REALLY clean out the drivers seat and get rid of what I presume to be grease and oil spots?

I cant afford detailing or taking it somewhere to get cleaned, and I like to clean it out myself. Does anyone know anything that will REALLY clean the seats and also keep my dashboard looking nice/new? I barely go to car part stores because of work and life, and if i can go in, grab it and know what I need would help out alot.

No im never letting him borrow my truck EVER again. Not even if his POS jeep is still broken. I HATE people who have no respect for my vehicle or me.

I cleaned out the truck already as best as I could but here are a few pics of the seat and such.

Do you have access to a home carpet cleaner(steam cleaner)? The stains do not look like oil. I would think that a carpet cleaner would be able to remove the stains. I am not certain I would use the Clorox wipes for cleaning your seats, carpet or vinyl. The chlorine may discolor the areas.

Looks more like a drink stain. Ask around for a rug spot scrubber with a hand attachment you could use or borrow from someone and use a solution of something with oxygen in it like resolve oxygen upholstery cleaner (works great for me) or I even use oxyclean/water solution in it.
This is what I like to use:

These seats are like a sponge.

The recon guys use some pretty nasty stuff to clean them. If you use a brush ,use it lightly. If you disturb the mat angle then it will not look right forever.
Myself i use seat blankets. They look pretty good and I don't have to worry about side air bags or wrestling to put them on. A lot cheaper than seat covers. They stay in place pretty well also..

For the vinyl areas, I would use a solution of water and Simply Green or 409 or Mr. Clean and a cloth or sponge. Others may know of better products as well.

The seats and carpet, I use fabric/carpet cleaner.

Can you borrow a shop vacum? With the shop vacum, you can really soak the stained seats and pull the water back out of the seats. (Vacum at the carwash???)

I use my truck as truck, so I am not always the cleanest myself when I get in it. I use ordinary bath towels on the seat and seat backs during those times. At least I use solid color towels, no flowers.

Your truck looks just like mine. Maybe I need to get some seat covers before mine looks like that. Kids are always working on vehicles and riding in my truck.

Naw, just a lazy SOB. I told him if he doesnt respect me and my wishes for him to take his shit out of my vehicle, then im NEVER letting him use it again. Ive been nice enough to let him borrow it for work since his POS jeep axle and front fell out compleatly. But noooo. So i told him to fuck off and im not letting him borrow it again. I borrowed his vehicle awhile ago, but i cleaned it and made sure i took out all my trash and items except for a CD he wanted to listen to.

Becca, looks like your "friend" had a party in your truck. I would seriously insist that he pay for cleaning or take something of his in exchange that you can sell and pay to have it cleaned.

For me, I had EckoGuard put on mine. That stuff is all over the whole interior of the truck - seats, carpets, headliner, seatbelts, dash...everything. The interior was totally sprayed. The warranty says that if there is a stain that won't come out and if they cannot GET it out, then they will reupholster the seats. Maybe later when you come into some money you can have that done.

Then I think you should take something he has in exchange.

Oh imma do that. I could easily take his *NEW* xbox and hold it ransom. >3

but im not that mean. He already owes me a new paint touch up job from fucking up the paint in the back. im so pissed. spent a hour outside in the FREEZING cold weather to clean out my truck.. smells better.

Didnt think of taking pics before i cleaned it.. but OMG.. the center consol was almost black (its a light grey color), shit caked in the cup holders, mud on the doors, dust and fingerprints evertywhere...

looks ALOT better then before i cleaned it.
