It is about a 6ish hour drive from here and are going to be leaving at around 630ish on the morning. So the NM guys should be up there about noonish....

mocked up my brackets for my reverse lights today. gonna be inside my rear bumper, completely protected

 

^ This is a good idea. Hey I'm looking for a pic that I saw a couple of days ago and now can't find. It was of a 2nd gen rear hybrid bumper that was tube that arched from the bedsides to a plate near the tailgate. It looked like it matched the lines of the tail light but i can't find the pic. Anyone know what I'm talking about? Or am I crazy?

 

no idea? i think its dark knight on here who has a sick rear bumper that covers the tails

Using those pics as as basis for the one I want to put together. It will be a bit more tube than that though.

 

i feel so clueless on cbs. i know they are really simple but i have no clue what to do. im just going to get a cheap one, only used for trails. and all i have to do is tap it into the accessory fuse. but im pretty lost on antennas, and how to mount them. can i mount it to the bed rail? is there an easy way to get the cable into the cab? all you do is just run a coax cable from the antenna into the cb right? any good full installs on 1st gens
