This is a guy you are half dating??

OMG he doesn't respect you AT ALL!! Why do you put up with that? He owes you for scratching it in the first place, right?

The right guy will own up to it and take care of it right away. AND make you a nice dinner. ;)

Dawn dish soap w/ elbow grease works.
As far as seat covers go. (I know it's ghetto) After I smeared grease on my seats I cleaned it off and went straight to wal-mart and bought two large grey towels. Cut two holes on the far side equal in length as the head rest. like i said i know its ghetto but they work as real good seat covers and when I'm not using them I stick them under my back seats.

I'm tellin ya... it's got Springer written all over it so far

For real though, if you want to meet up let me know.

It would be best until it gets warm enough that you can leave your windows down for the day to let the truck air out

Not pretty but saves the seat from looking like that from disrespectful "friends".

I stopped to get fast food from Carl's Jr. one day, and some of the grease from my steakhouseburger bled through the bag and onto my seat. (was a damn good burger though)

Anyway, the only thing that I found that would remove it was some fabric cleaner that toyota sells. They sell it at the dealership for about $10 a can. It's awesome stuff. I won't use anything on my truck after finding this.

I use Oxyclean spray for car seats. Works pretty good. Spray on, wait, blot / rub out.

    Absolutely.

My son barfed chili and watermelon on our carpet one night and Folex took care of it. In that case, though, we did use a carpet cleaner. :D

While reading through posts I kept wondering if anyone would suggest Folex, finally noticed in post #45. I have used Folex with good results for years for carpet/upholstery stains including grease. Product is inexpensive ($5-7), can purchase at most stores and is nice to have on hand. Follow instructions and try on sample area first.

    That was me.

We're going to try to get it wholesale so we can sell it in our store. It really is a great product!

You may be hesitant at first but pure mineral oil applied to the stain before those other cleaners will get it out for sure.
Coat the stain with mineral oil and let it sit for a bit to soak in the the fabric and work on breaking down the grease and oil in the stain. Then clean the stain with a detergent. It will be good as new.
