    Can u see any indentation of abs?

    U need to exercise and eat CLEAN meals every 3 hours or so. Dump the. Cake, candy, fried food, cereal, and milk. Oh the granola bars...I bet are loaded with fast acting carbs and sugars.
    Switch things up on breakfast- turkey bacon, few oz of sweet potato, egg/egg whites and water. No juice, black coffee with stevia or splenda is fine.

    Indentation of abs? only the top few but the lower abs i cannot see any indentation. I basically can pinch a couple inches of fat around my lower stomach:( What are clean Meals? and what type of exercises should i start doing?

    mother fucker burpies. eat dry tuna, lots of water, lots of green vegetables, only brown carbs and limit your carbs, drink lots of milk too but don't over do it.

    Start doing my plyometrics and calisthenics. lower your weight and up your reps

    Sooo maybe 10-12%bf? We all carry fat there. Even on stage at 4% I can still pinch fat there.
    Clean meals: oats and egg/egg whites; shake and rice cakes with pb, chicken and rice, sweet potato and lean beef etc.

    Workouts: lots to chose from. You can download a training and or meal plan from bodybuilding.com. Different things work differently for everyone.

    Or use low reps with heavy weight as long as form is good. Different amount of reps work different muscle fibers

    Ok I have a question,

    Is their a basic guide to what not to eat and what TO eat.


    I'm a FF and we work 24 shifts, so sometimes its hard to eat the right things depending on when we are out and in etc.

    However they let me cook most the time, and I'd love to cook up some good things for us but at the same time tastey.

    Also wondering what just in general is good.


    I know the basic's of the bad things to eat,

    Fast Food, Soda, Fats, Candy, Chips, junk food.


    It would be greatly appreciated I'm really starting to get into this working out thing.

    More then one reason, to look awesome, to do my job better, to help prevent injuries, hopefully live longer, relieve stress etc

    "eat this not that" book. I would only use it in a desperate situation though. Scan through this forum and you'll see plenty of suggestions I have listed.
