I believe that's what they already did when they stopped offering the bumper.

It's also quite possible it's a money-loser. I'm just saying, putting things on the menu is not "free". You have to have personnel and material ready to construct. If you're making 50 or 100 bumpers with a small percentage margin each, it's not as big a deal - small percentages add up over that many units and the company makes some ching.

But if only 5 people commit to buy, then we're talking more custom order, and the price rises because of lack of volume. And then interest drops when word spreads what the cost of the item is...

It's a tricky thing, this business mess.

Edit: Don't get me wrong. Power to AP to bring it back on the market. I'm just saying the same reasons that caused them to take it off may cause them to keep it off. Jesse's the one to ultimately answer the question, obv.

ATO's hybrid looks pretty sweet, just sucks he is backed up. Perhaps CBI could produce something for you guys. Been talking to them about making a hybrid tube style rear bumper like AP used to make for the 2nd Gen.

I completely understand what your saying but there has to be ways around all that stuff...I don't know how AllPro manages all these variables so like you said, Its up to them to decide. A one time Group Buy would be great if anything

If there isnt enough demand to make it cheap, but those who demand it still want it, then they should, theoretically, be willing to pay a higher price for it, or seek an alternative.

People are saying there are cheaper alternatives out there. All Pro needs to find out why they are cheaper and how to compete with that.

TBH, I have inquired about hybrids with other companies and they're prices were a little more than what AP was charging. But those companies have wait times with no eta's and such so....us guys who want them are stuck between a rock and a hard place. :(

I feel like I'll never be able to get one :goingcrazy:

Then get a list going of people who want them

offer a price that people would pay for them.

    See what the market offers.

    It's like a bidding process

Lets not shit in AP's thread though. The AP Hybrid is an awesome bumper. Now lets wait for them to give us some info patiently before everyone speculates and says what they would pay and what so and so paid and so forth...

Oh the way around all that stuff is very simple: Forking the $$ for a one-off (or small batch). Volume down = price up. That's how group buys work.

I have no doubt AP would build a hybrid for anyone offering the right amount of ching.

I'm very interested. Need to know what the price will be. Saving up now for a hybrid bumper. If this becomes available my choices just got tougher.

I would just like to say that the Hybrid bumper I had on my 05 was awesome, looked great, very tough, I would not hesitate to buy another if and when i get another 05+ Taco. Thanks for your great products and willingness to give the customer what they want All Pro
