Made it home on freezin' rain ice covered roads...stopped and pulled a neighbor out of the ditch about 300 yards from the house...had to sacrifice one of my bags of sand/gravel to get traction...slick shtuf...all four wheels spinning in 4Lo w/o the sand/gravel(his front tire was caught pretty deep in snow/ice pile from the plows. Good deed for the day....check! Karma points right?! [​IMG]

    :wave:Hello Susan, Lisa, and the fellers! While I was catching up the Bill Murray Gopher scenes is exactly what I was thinking before I got to the post with them...GREAT Movie...might have to dig through the DVD cabinet...or hmmm, wonder if NetFlix has that one? [​IMG]

    And Bear straight up has arguments with squirrels when we go camping...course he's really not that much bigger than them! :laugh:

    One thing that I never understood about AK roads...why are there so many curved bridges?!?! I mean bridges are the first things to ice over and then add the curve and the gravitational forces fighting against you... :facepalm: disaster waiting to happen.

    The troopers up here are a pretty good group of people ... at least from the ones I've met. Did Grand Jury duty for 3 months a couple years ago...so I've met and spoke with quite a few. Takes a pretty serious professional to do the Trooper gig up here! They have my utmost respect! :cool: :)

    Take it easy GTB, I gotta get some sleep! ;)
