I just picked up an older Tacoma ('96) and LOVE IT. Fantastic little truck so far. Looking forward to chatting with a few other members, getting ideas on upgrades, and browsing the photos! Here are the ad photos for mine:

I used to have a 96. Owned it for 14 years. Then sold it and bought my 2010. Great lil trucks!

Had a '95 5spd 4x4 access cab for years before I traded it in with 270K on it for a 2010. Honestly wish I had kept it to be an offroad truck. You'll love it more and more. Welcome to TW!

Welcome! Looks like your truck has the Toyota pickup's trademark fenderwell rust. :)

Sure does. That's actually my first item of attention. Live in Michigan, so I'm looking to get a fix on the rust and do an undercoating. Any good ideas? A guy who does body work suggested just cutting the rust out and covering with fender flares.

Also, thanks for the welcome, all!
