Should be a solid setup with the Defined Kit and the Camburg LT:cool:

Have you ordered all the gussets and double shear plates? (mind as well do it right away).

I've been running the AP LT since about Oct-Nov:cool: it sat for about 5months in my shop before I got it installed. I'm still haven't decided which way I want to go with the rear suspension so I've been waiting.

Mike @ Defined said the smoothies would be fine for mild offroading, I'm sure he'd have good base valving that you could start off with.

Thanks, havent really thought about the valving. Once I got the kit on and finally found a set of smoothies to run then I was going to start picking some brains about valving recommendations and where to start.

Probably going to call TC and see what they say about running their UCA gussets with my Burg kit. Spindles....well they are gussetted as shit because their the Burg ones.

Do you have a set of shocks for the rear yet or are you still looking?

Mike (mpj2) runs the TC UCA gussets with his Camburg kit (TC most likely will tell you it won't work)

Edit: I highly recommend the Defined shackle bucket cross-member if you haven't already ordered one!

You can use the chaos ones with a burg kit. The only issue is if you run the heimed uppers with the gussets your uca bolt wont be long enough. MJP2 has the chaos gussets with camburg heimed uca's and he just had to get a longer bolt. If you get the bushing uppers you will be fine with a stock bolt. I made gussets for my truck with the same thickness as total chaos gussets (3/16) and still have a few threads left over all the way through the nut

Well if thats the case I might have to call TC up and pick myself a set up while i am in cali (if they are close to where I will be lol)

Max, still looking for the shocks and have been looking in the socal CL ads. Found a bunch of awesome shit. Torn at what to do because I can get the Bilstein 9100 quad bypasses for a little more bit than I can get a new set of King 2.5" smooth body RR.

Interesting, I know nothing of the Bilstein 9100s, but I've always known Bilsteins to be good quality. Used can be good, but well new is...new.

I'd also think about what it's going to take to tune the Quad Bypasses vs the Smoothies and whether or not the extra tunability is really worth it

well the tunable will be well worth it IF/since the price is right. I am still looking for a used set but torn as shit between the two, used smoothies to new quads.

@JD it aint baller cause shit wont be installed all at once haha

I am a slacker so the part I can do, front, will be installed ASAP but since I dont have a welder and am afraid to weld the rear wont be done until I got a slow day at work and can get my buddy at work to weld the perches on

Unfortunately no. I am going to have to call Mike to make sure my rear pack is made in time and with work/school schedule I probably wont be done until April/May. I want the truck to be ready before the Fall Mohave run...really want to be a part of that!

What's going on with the main coil spring? Will that cycle cleanly like that?
