I disagree. I set my cruise at 100-105 commuting to work and I have never seen those numbers. I think I just got a shitty Tacoma.

It's not mine yet. I haven't dropped the hammer on it. No hitch from the factory, I told them I want one.

OZ, not even 400km until I have to fuel up (won't make it home from work, or to work, 80km away).

Out of 52 entries on my Gas Cubby, I've averaged 16.7MPG. I stopped tracking for a bit and of the last 4 fill ups the best I got was 15.9, worst being 13.4.

Huh , I always hit at least 425kms before the light comes on unless I had a lot of 4x4 in snow

 

Going over the smokies and i got better mileage than city driving...

 

If you want a tow package then your best off buying another truck that came with a tow package straight from the factory cause if that one dosent have a tow package then you wont have the tranny cooler, oil cooler etc. All the dealership will do is slap a hitch on it

Good point man. Thanks. I don't plan on towing anything heavy, just a boat trailer for fishing small lakes (12ft glass boat).

Check out Fishnet seafood on John's Island, Kickin' Chicken downtown by CofC, Charleston Crab House (My favorite one is on Jame's Island), while on JI for a good sandwich with about a pound of meat for about 8-10 bucks go to Jason's Deli, for the best bar this side of the Mississippi go to Skip Jack's on Folly Beach, I could keep going if you prefer; Also a rough location and I'll tell you where the best restaurants are at. Hell, I may be on my way there tomorrow.
