    I swore off running when I retired from active duty...my old knees can't take it...need to preserve them as long as possible to maintain my ability to hike/fish/hunt as long as the good Lord lets me! :eek:

    I never really had the build for it...only ran because it was required...never really experienced the runners high...had times I felt good running...but it was never anything I was addicted to...if that makes sense? :notsure:
