so monday i had an apointment to get the tranny flush done(1st time done with 106,200 miles).quote $185(no other hidden fees) plus tax.....ok,drop it off at 5am...fill out drop key envelope thing and off to work i go.around noon i get a text from the wife saying its done and its $240 bucks.so i call and asked why so much....SHE(service adviser) said "we did the tranny flush and a oil change.i asked who said anything about an oil change.....long story short, flipped out cause i use amsoil and just did that service on my truck.now they put what ever oil back in.now i had to give give them my suppliers number to go get my kind of oil.they did make it right though.what a crazy day at the stealership.thank god i dont frequent them often.

Are you sure these prices were for tranny flushs?
$124 and even $185 seems very cheap since there is like over 13 liters if fluid ( I can't remember exactly how much.
When I called around to dealers (State side) they were quoting that prices just to change the fluid that came out of the pan.

What's the difference between "replace fluid" ($59) and "complete fluid exchange" ($119)? Don't they both mean drain and fill?

Looks like a good deal. I may bring that coupon to my dealer.

Seems strange that they listed "multi grade ATF" fluid as the replacement fluid as opposed to the WS fluid that they list on the coupon as being extra.

Hopefully they put the correct fluid back in and just made a mistake by not charging you for it.
