    For rice I have been cooking it in Vegetable broth and a little added salt for extra flavor.. a lot tastier than water.
    I don't think it is a bad idea to stir fry the rice with a little bit of soy sauce and an egg! hell yeah.

    i was scrawny like that, i stopped goin to the gym and ate constantly for about a month and put on about 40 pounds lol, now im workin out again and im keeping the mass but toning the muscle thats there

    If you're scrawny, and you wanna gain....eat A LOT! And don't do a lot of cardio, do some to stay healthy but don't over do it.

    yea, that was my problem. I was eating like a horse, but i was also running 10 to 15 miles a day. (I like to run) and i was just burning all of it off. now im only running about 5 a day, sometimes 10 but i also went from 130 to 170.

    I'm already starting to see some slight results. I do feel a lot better.

    I gotta make myself eat too. Cause sometimes I don't eat breakfast.

    Gotta eat a big breakfast, within an hour of waking. When I was trying to pack on pounds, I'd have a shake right before bed, and wake up and have an orange and a shake. Then about an hour later have a huge breakfast. 5 eggs and 6 pancakes.
