    Would you suggest eating the cans of chicken? Similar to eating tuna in a can but its chicken? My brother does, it was suggested to him. Says its packed with protein.

    I was on the GOMAD diet...yes there's water weight involved but its an extra 2500 cal a day on top of the food you eat.

    I drink 1-2g a day. Ur good man. It helps replenish your fluid levels, 70% of muscle is water, transports nutrients, helps keep you full, natural dietetic and much more.

    Well...I guess just some post workout drinks, or pre workout. Whichever. And yes, brand would be nice.
