    Well my 3 inch lift came in this week I'm totally new to Oceanside ca and I'm doing this solo so if anyone feels like helping me out tomorrow just shoot me a pm if not I'm gnna be busting knuckles all day by myself which is fine but some times a second pair o eyes and hands come in handy

    You will typically need a second pair of hands to pry down on the lower control arm to get the shock in place.

    Pulling out the shock is relatively easy. Installing the new shock (usually 1" longer due to the lift) and lining up the lower bolt hole is tougher.

    modded the F*ck out
    when I did mine I took the UCA off not the LCA. by doing this you can jack the LCA and strut up then pull down the UCA to the spindle.

    Gnna try it in the other side did use a fork to separate the upper ball joint or you took off the actual frame bolts

    Find another jack. Place the jack under your LCA and lift it that way.

    If you haven't gotten to the other side yet, I would recommend pulling the UCA from the spindle instead of the LCA. I've done this a number of times by myself in just a few hours, definitely possible

    I'm using a two ton under the lca still seams like its not moving the lca it's picking up the whole truck
