Good buy finally settled and the locked should be here in like a week and a half.

And ya I'm happy. Now I can get rid of the other retarded people that do pools if they don't straighten up in a hurry..

What out with those promotions, it's a quick way to get fired too :( Now that you are in charge, you have to work 2x as hard for a while and firing people is no fun. Btw, you aren't in charge until there is paper... keep that in mind too.

That seems to be the biggest mistake people make when they get promoted. The best way to manage your people is to take care of them. Keep them well taken care of and treat them all fairly. The rest will work out along the way. The slackers will get bagged and the good guys will take care of you.

The question is if they would keep the puppy and get rid of you.

We are getting prepared, Robert needs an engine for his as the engine we installed runs great, unfortunately it has a blown head gasket. Ordered a rebuild kit. Mine has axles apart, making some mods. Chevy's flex great, will be great on next outing.

Would like to get the group down to Hidden Falls this Spring.

Let me know if you need help on anything.

    Bob
