Bi-Xenon HID no low beam NEED HELP

I have a 2010 tacoma and i installed bi-xenon hids in to factoryheadlight. After installing every thing I found that i have no lowbeams, I have hi beams but not low. I checked the polarity and allthe grounds I have had no luck finding out what is going on.
I have been looking for the answer for a while and i see post in here that are close but they have not been the fix.

 

This happened to me yesterday with my retrofit. I called trs and Matt had me switch the high beam connector with the connector going to the ballast.

 

The blue and black plug was originally going to my high beams. Matt had me plug it to the ballast and the Orange and black plug go to my highs.

Is that with the bi xenon bulb ? I tired switching a few of the wires around and nothing happens

 

Yeh, the wires coming out of my projectors for my high beams were going to the blue and black plug on the harness. The Orange and black plug was going to the ballast. I switched the blue/black with the Orange/black.

If that doesn't work try taking some pics of the connections.

 

i dont think he has retrofits. there wire harness is probably diff from yours.

 

I only have red black from ballets and blue white and brown from the harness

 

yeah i have stock headlight just added the HID bulbs im trying to up load pictures of what i have now

 

Where did you get them from?

Can you plug your highs into another plug on the harness?
