Does anyone have pics of Jame's slider install. Based on this thread I went by there last week during my lunch hour. Nice guy he gave me a price and said to come back in for the install. I figure early Jan is when I'll get it done, but I would love to see some pics to determine what style I want.

I think I have some in my photos. Also Special_K has some pictures. There is a tread on here too. He can make them however you want. Just tell him "tree" sent you from Tacoma World.

I have to make a comment about this shop and James.

After having my suspension installed in March 2011 right after purchasing the Tacoma I have a constant pull to the left, after 6 attempts( rotation, flipping tire position, varying tire pressure, check and recheck the alignment) to correct this at the installer’s place of business it still pulls left. Last attempt was yesterday to have them try again and I was refused and was told they have done their part and I'm on my own. Truck has 16K miles on it, seriously? So I contacted James told him what I was going through and he said come on by and let him look at it.
So after the initial drive he suggested putting a different set of tires on the truck and see if it was the tires as he thought. Well, the steering wheel was 1.5-2 inches right and barely creeping right, so the original installer had dialed in right to counter the issue of bad tire(s) Keep in mind never once, was I offered a new set of tires from the installer even after I suggested the tires could be a possible issue months ago. When asked how much I owed him he refused payment.

Wow how often does a business owner put at least 2 hours into a walk in and not take payment.

Pretty awesome, and gained a new customer.

Now to deal with the installing shops corporate office and the tire manufacture.

    Stock. Purchased 2/17/19. Cement!
    ^ That's good stuff.
I just visited him yesterday. He removed and installed a new U-joint ( I think). Either way, the damn noise my truck was making in reverse is gone. Finally, one more noise down and like 3 others left. Next James will probably replace the seal on my rear diff as its seeping through the seal ( but not dripping yet). I guess its time for maintenance at 131K miles.

They did not make that one. I believe it was Eddie's old bumper.

Correct that is a KR fab bumper I sold to Blake. The bumper I am running now and my whole LT was done at The Truck Shop. Extremely pleased with everything.

While i was there I had mentioned I have a few designs for bumpers that I have done in Solidworks, and they would build whatever I wanted. May have to actually schedule this.
