I know one of the best yamaha mechanics in the southeast, we have him do our engine work. He works with my sisters dad just cross the border into GA at a contender dealership. Its never stranded us, but we are about to have to replace the fuel pump.

We run a 200 HPDI (high pressure direct injection) yamaha. Fucker flys. 2 stroke tho so we do go thru some oil.

4 strokes are heavier for equivalent HP, so its a trade off, they are much quieter, and has a closed oil loop.

 

if you're looking at used boats of that size, outboards are always a safer, and usually cheaper way to go. both from an initial cost standpoint, and as far as refurb and maintenance goes.

 

doubt i'll get around to it, i go through phases of wanting stuff, i'm prob just better off walking the dogs instead of taking them on a boat, and they'll prob like it more anyway

 

It sucks....my new job involves me sitting in front of a computer for 8 hours...but I can't go on TW.....

anybody thought about powder coating their rear bumper? the chrome ones at least. I just got a quote off craigslist for $75, i think i'm gonna go for it in a few weeks

This is y the 07 still looks new. beat the crap out of the 99 4x4 taco in the woods but no woods for the 07 but to go to the hunt camp and park at the camper..

 

This thing had dents all over it but that was before the ATV...

 

I dont have a smart phone, and anyways, we cannot have our phones on us on the floor. We handle sensitive account info for business accounts so electronic devices are a no-no.

But I may be getting an Iphone 3gs and a plan because I get a discount through the company I am with now.

And I can get an Iphone 3gs for .99 cents...vs $199 for an I phone 4.

Was about to change my oil today to finish up my 30k service and noticed what I think is the infamous timing cover leak. Good thing I'm still under warranty, made an appointment next fri at Dmaus for the leak and my intermittent blower motor whine.

 

Which advisor did they set you up with?
