Natural have always been my choice up until recently.
My wifewho is 46 years old had a lumpectomy for Breast Cancer 3 years ago.
Still look great but not as equal as they used to be and she is self conscious of the difference.
I will support her choice of surgery if she decides she wants to.
After all it's HER choice.

Unless your wife's boobs have been wrecked by child berth, there's no point in getting fake ones, and if you are planning on having kids, may as well put off the boob job until afterwards anyways. So, go with the lift.

I get a kick outta all the young guys saying fake boobs suck. That's reall easy to say when you're always getting to play around with a young fresh pair. My wife wants new boobs and if I had the money, I would give them to her. It's a big self image thing to her. We have 2 kids that have taken their toll on her breasts. She just wants them restored to their original glory. Huge boobs are gross.

Get the boobs...I dont care what anyone on here says, naturals never look as good as fake! Also when a woman gets it in her head that she wants them, theres no end to the whining you will hear until she gets them.

Besides, after she gets them and is all doped up on pain meds, it'll be easy to talk her into letting you get the lift/tires!

 

If you don't go for the new boobs you probably won't even get to play with the old ones.
