So... you bought a cheap pair of knock-off's and are hesitant to buy the real thing. Knock-off's are cheaper for a reason.

Anyhow, I too am an Oakley outerwear/goggle whore and would love that truck, even though it is a driving billboard ad (not that everything Oakley makes isn't).

If you get something from the xmetal series they are a thick titanium alloy and damn near impossible to break. Ive had all kinds of things happen while I was wearing those including getting hit in the face by barbed wire under tension that slipped out of a fence stretcher and they are the reason that I still have sight in both eyes. They are especially great because they have replaceable lenses, while the purchase price is high, you get what you pay for and they last a long time, my first pair I got 12 years ago, big difference in durability from those that just look like Oakleys.

While I know it would not work for the intended purpose I would like the truck a lot more if it were a full shell rather than just a rack with a shroud around it with and a tonneau under. Something like that would be great for me, and I like the on board shower and grill idea, it would make for a great camping rig. Got to imagine it would not be a cheap setup though.

A little off-topic guys... geez lol.

I saw the truck too. The sliders are real sliders. Id want the cap, except I was a couple of rifles instead of surfboards lol. The graphics is just a wrap. It has a drawers in the back that slide out one with a cooler and one with a small two burner stainless grill. It had on board air too. It was pretty neat to see something like this. The light bar up top looks freaking awesome. I'm getting one for my truck. I was lost up in some logging roads at dusk and I couldn't see shit a while back.

If you got rid of that crappy paint job and the stupid topper that would be a nice truck. Joaklys are crappy sunglasses anyway. Over priced for a pair of glasses that scratch so easily you have to buy a new pair every year.
