check out the pro comp xtreme alloy series...they are flat black and pretty cheap. the XD wheels are pretty popular with tacoma owners as well.

Pulled the fuckin trigger on 35's. America's tire beat the lowest price I found so for $950.00 I will have Fierce Attitude (that name...LOL) 35x12.50 17's on Wednesday. Really didn't want to go to 35's - more weight, more gas, more braking, etc. but for that price I couldn't resist.

So - I'm about 95% sure i will rub a bit. Cab chop? Or 5100 Billys and set them up 1.25 and my rear Fabtech Dirt Logics??? I will prob have to get new springs to lift rear right? Shit!

All the places around here wont install a lift unless you purchase through them. Cheapest ive found do do the procomp 6" stage one, 18 inch wheels and 35's is 5100 dollars. Does that sound about right? There is one place that will install for 850. Should i go that route and order myself, or let one of the other places order and install for me?

Yea you will need to flatten the pinch weld seem. I just used a (BFH) to pound it toward the out side of the fender and flatten it out. I can throw up some pics tonight when I get home. You will need to cut your fender flair and a little on the metal fender under your plastic one. It only rubbed a little on big bumps before I cut it and pounded it but if you plan on wheeling it, you will what to cut it back. I didn't have to do anything to the rear at all. I buried the back tire until it hit the bump stop and the tire cleared all the way around.

I did not rub anything except a little plastic when I was at 6" lift. there is no need to flatten the pinch weld with a 6" lift unless you took off the bump stop extension

I paid $4100 for Lift, install, tires and wheels back in 07.

I researched EVERYTHING (but install) before buying anything to get best deal possible.

Good news! I figured if I am backing up and have the wheel cranked I will rub on some shit, but i've never had to turn that damn crazy sharp so who knows.

Thanks for input I appreciate it.

Thing is - when I bought my lift, Fabtech and my buddies who installed my lift said 35's are norm with that lift.
