    I haven't been on in a while, been on the road quite a bit. Currently in Denver. I figured I should check in at least though. I've got a tid bit of information I wanted to pas on from some fellow wheelers. I'm not sure if this has been covered yet. But direct quote from another site;


    Willie just sent me an email about this. He's been working on this book for some time. Pretty neat stuff. I figured some of you might be interested.

    When you make it back to Montana, or know someone who plans to, we have a book out: "4x4 ROUTES OF WESTERN MONTANA" that lists over 40 routes as well as numerous side trips to mining remains, high altitude lakes, and outstanding vistas.

    It is all about acquisition of wealth. That and getting out while the getting is good.

    In 1986, the Microsoft initial offering price was $21. Today the one share, after splitting numeous times would be valued a almost $9000. It has doubled in value 416 times.


    I am not convinced that FB is a good investment. A few advisors I've spoken with say it is not like some of the more famous stock offerings. Starbucks and Microsoft come to mind. The main difference between this FB offering and the MS offering is the reason it is happening.

    Organizations go public for one of two reasons. One is to raise capitol for reinvestment. MS used its capitol for building its campuses. Starbucks for opening new locations. The capitol raised in Facebook's offing will go into the pockets of a very few individuals who own shares in the company.

    Yes, I am. Planning on doing an FX-R retro when I get the money together and the 3.0 housings come out. I need to get my lift, headers, etc shits on and then I will begin to focus on my lighting once again. It may be later in the summer though. I am having jaw surgery right at the beginning of summer so I may be out of it for a couple months...
