He said that he was going to get it out maybe a day or two early since he said he knew the shop had left him voicemails and emails for the past 3 weeks on them. Won't be happy if it takes longer.

I hope! It has been a long 7 weeks since I 1st started this....was hoping to have it done this week so I could do a shake down this weekend for the Ocotillo event but at least I have a actual timeframe now.

With it being race season he is super busy with events since he is a 1 man operation, so I do understand. Wish it wasn't the case, but I will be calling him towards Thursday to make sure we are still on track lol

That's the key to ordering fiberglass. Order through an authorized vendor who will beat up the manufacturer for you. Glassworks won't jump for an individual customer, but they'll at least respond to a business.

Yeah I hear you on that. Its been a battle with both the shop and I calling a few times a week for the past 3 weeks at least. I guess I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. :)

If he were sending the glass to you rather than the shop you could expect to hear that they shipped soon, but that UPS made a mistake with the address and sent them back to Glassworks. It's a story he's used a few too many times on too many people.

Buys him time but I'd rather he just be honest. "I'll have your stuff done in about 3 months."

Yeah he wouldn't be able to use that one since my shop is sending a truck to pick them up from him when they are done lol
