anyone sell stuff on craigslist?

ive bought a bunch of stuff on craigslist, but I only sold a table saw. Guess I have stuff that no one wants

Anyone else have luck?

 

I've sold a ton of stuff on Craiglist, and gotten more money than I should have for all of it... My old mountain bike, my old leather living room set, my old 4Runner, etc. It's a total pain in the ass, because people flake quite a bit, but if you stay on top of it, and respond to e-mails, make phone calls, etc. you'll eventually get a sale.

 

o yea i forgot..i sold my old 4runner also! the guy pretty much sealed the deal when he told me on the phone he was leaving to come to my house, when hes like 4 hrs away

 

lol... yeah, when I sold my 4Runner I had 2 people that were willing to drive over 200 miles to buy it, and I got more than I expected to for it

 

I wish we had craigslist around here

 

i sold my car and an old phone.

i had to repost the add for each of those a couple times before someone actually bought them. patience is important.

 

i had a guy on ebay call me and say if i would drop the truck from 1K to 900, he would have a trucking company come out and pick up the truck and bring it from NJ to Minnesota

 

I'm about 50-50. Sold some old floor speakers, my old motor cycle, a surfboard, an old bed/frame and some stereo equipment. Have adds listed for some car parts and some other stuff still.

I usually make what I should have or a little less- But most of the time I'm just trying to get rid of the stuff.

 

I have sold a ton of stuff on there. It greatly helps your odds if you include pics of what your selling. I know myself that I dont look at most stuff if it doesnt have a picture of it. Good luck

Tundra
Wilderness Kayak
Trek Road Bike
Snowmobile
Tires from Tacoma
Tires/Rims from Tundra (Met guy in NH, paid extra)
Skis (shipped to MA, paid extra)
Washer/Dryer - two sets - one from my old house/one from my new

Given away stuff too bulky & do not want to deal with like a queen mattress/box set & an old entry door when renovated.
I couldn't believe the responses to these two items either. Guess Free helps
