    When engaging 4Hi on an icy hill at 20km/h with slight throttle applied say 1500RPM.

    Did I hurt my baby?

    Disengaged it no problem. Had more of a thunk than usual when doing it though. Haven't tried engaging it as yet. I'll have too later today though.

    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    No. It should be ok. I have found the slower the speed at engaging, the worse the clunking is. Try enagaging the 4WD at 15-20 mph and see what happens. Should be smooth as silk.
