Just breathe and chill bro- I know it sucks not having it up- but getting pissed off and twisted up about it only makes it that much harder to troubleshoot.

Got a lil "woosah" and then jump back at it...YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

    Only off 180? I'm surprised it wouldn't run.... :D j/k

I am so jelouse of this man,

I had a non turbo talon, did the whole turbo swap (I know it's not as crazy as this, but still complicated).. I miss the turbo power, sound, everything...

when I finally got it running I "borrowed" some dealer plates took it for a spin with no exhaust, just the DP, thing sounded so f'n crazy, the spool down sounded like a jet engine. I can't wait til you get some videos of this thing driving.

just make sure you got shitloads of fuel, I'm sure you know what your doing, upgraded that fuel pump?

also beware running with just the downpipe...

with no exhaust on my talon, it would hit the set pressure 15psi for a bit... then it would spike higher even with the wastegate fully open. as the turbo was just over flowing... the computer would cut the fuel as the injectors maxed out... to stop it from leaning out.

I don't know what that aem will do, just becareful about boost spike when your first tunning it. or else you'll melt yourself a nice expensive paper-weight.

Are those injectors From a Second Gen DSM?

450's from 1g's were blue tops, 510's were yellow tops, automatic cars came with 390's (I don't know the colour of them).

How are you controlling the boost to keep it so low (like at 4psi?)

Im not to sure, the kid I got them from (freebies), said they were 42lb DSM injectors. Not sure about the history on them. Its just a manual boost controller. I need to figure out the Emanage thing before I take it out on the road. It just smokes like nuts.

    BE CAREFUL!

remember your manual Boost Controler can only control the boost psi ABOVE what the spring in the wastegate is set at....

So if you Have a 12psi spring in that wastegate the with the boost controler set all the way backed out, it will still boost to 12psi.

the MBC just raises the presure before allowing it to open the wastegate.

you would need to extend the wastegate accuator rod to make it boost to a lesser pressure.

that stock pump will not be able to deal with 10 psi, high rpms man.

Gotcha. I'll mess around with the wastegate actuator so I will be boosting less. Im having a kid tune it for me on Saturday, maybe I can get a new fuel pump by then, hopefully. Oh, and those injectors were out of a 2nd gen DSM

Ok found out my smoking issue... the damn turbo is blowing oil into the downpipe... arrrghhh. So i have that ripped apart for the second time... Im still looking good for tuning on saturday!! Oh and im bidding on a LSD, so that may be the next step to get the power to the ground!
