I work nights & sometimes have trouble sleeping during the day. I take 3mg of Melatonin. You can get it at the health food store & some drug or grocery stores. It helps you go to sleep. The 3mg is the right dose for me. The 5mg makes me lethargic when I wake, but the 3 is gone when I wake.

When I said getting older thats what happens. When is started with me my father had cancer and a lot of other things were going on in my life I never had to deal with. It takes its toll, when I was younger I felt bullet proof no worries.
What I can tell you is keep working out and eating right. Find someone to talk with, you have a lot going on. Maybe see a DR. but don't jump into the pills so fast, it's hard to get off them.
Ill say a prayer for you.
Just remember you will get through this.

Workout! Do some workout, if you are exhausted you will sleep like a baby :) I tend to avoid pills, but they are hardly ever required anyway.
