Heeey Josh's truck I recorded that lol

His lower ball joint gave on our way home  After a huge weekend of screwing around that ended like that. His fender snapped, UCA twisted, and grade 8 bolt looked like a "J" but his LCA just got a couple scratches. He got a new balljoint and grade 8 and still drives it around with the twisted UCA lol

    Sons a bitches I just paid 170k for a 1750sqft pad :D

Great, can the TC front ends be upgraded to a uni-ball lower?
I remember seeing these pics(probably on DR). When was this?

    Savings? What's that

Damn....If we want a 40-50 year old 3 bedroom house with no RV parking were looking at 450-500K. 80K won't even get us the down payment needed to start talking to loan companies.
If we want anything decent(4 bed, 2 bath with possibly rv parking and a small back yard) were looking at a minimum of 750K. FUCK I hate Orange County

My inlaws had a fat ass mansion in Pasadena back in the day, but I've never thought of Pasadena as being a prime location. When I think of Prime location I think of HB, Manhattan, Newport Beach/Coast San Diego etc. etc.

I really don't know to be honest with you. My girl and I make decent amount of $ and there's no way we can swing that kind of monthly payment and still enjoy life. But then again we have quite a few friends that make less than us and are able to make it happen every month. Then again they could be in a sh1t load of debt for all I know. To me it doesn't make any sense to stress over $ every month and that 's why we haven't bought a house, we have the down, just not worth spending it.

I realize its the American dream to own a house, but IMO I think that was something that was coined in the 50's to pressure future generations into buying, 60 years later the American dream is a bit different

    theduck911-this what you're talking about?

Why pay rent when I can pay a mortgage and get to keep the house. Plus my rent was more expensive lol. I plan on buying a few more and once I get enough income properties I'll be much happier :D

coastal real estate is really nice, but Pasadena has a prestigious history, great neighborhoods, good schools, close to DTLA (for those of us with day jobs), and right by the mountains (for those of us that like to hike rather than surf).

From gauging people at my work, young kids that love to party and surf live in the beach cities. Older people that have nice houses, cars and kids that go to awesome schools live in Pasadena/La Canada area.

Well isn't that the number one teenage statement of the day:rolleyes:

Life ain't that simple, when you move out you'll probably be doing alot less of "whatever you want" since you'll have a lot less money to do things.

This might be an odd/stupid question....

Whats the min psi to run in a resi?

Anyone DD with their shocks uncharged for a more cush ride, then charge before wheelin? I ask because I've DD my truck before both charged and uncharged, uncharged is night and day over driving around with 200psi in. I've got a NO2 setup so constant recharging isn't an issue.

DD uncharged shouldn't create foaming in the oil you think? Or what do you think would be the min psi to run?

well heres the way i look at it, as long as i dont blow my money on my truck or go out and buy stupid stuff that i dont need, i can do whatever i want. after paying bills ill have over 1500 for fun time per month, so i thinkthats pretty good...

and i meant do what ever i want like have 6 or so people over and have a couple beers by a camp fire in the back yard

currently, the only "bolt on" way to eliminate the lower ball joint for the 1st gen trucks is to run the solo motorsports lift spindles with the lower uni conversion. otherwise, you have to modify the shit out of the stock spindle to run a lower uni and your still stuck with the weak stock spindle. i have the solo spindles but havent converted the lower yet only because solo want an extra $800 for the conversion kit...

my parking lot carnage occured in September 2010

Has anyone broken the actual ball joint? Not just the bolts? If Im not mistaken once you replace with the uniball adatpter you still have the same bolts
