Something tells me EoTech wouldn't put their name on that... Theres not benefit to it being "clear"

Unless , it was made as a display model (to show the inter workings). Just a guess.

If it is real... why would you want a $350 sight that looks like it's for an airsoft gun? You can get a new AA Eotech for $350 too. 3V batteries are like $5 a piece.

I think he is calling it a EoTech as if EoTech were a type of sight and not a brand name... I.E. calling an "adjustable wrench" a "cresent wrench" type of thing.

    Anyway, it looks like garbage.

First, I have no idea if this is "real" or not, but hell, the company did/does make a ZOMBIE reticle, so to me it doesn't seem like much of a stretch.

These kind of things are common as promotional items only used as sales tools or given out to special company clients or execs. Lots of companies make clear versions of their product and never sell them to the public. very rare. Doesnt mean its real, but its a possibility.

There are quite a few 512s that are plastic, not sure if all, or other brands.

it also doesnt have the tool free mounting knob, or any proper markings, and there is still the glare on the glass.

go ahead buy it, seems legit

It is real. Eotech made a small batch of them for stocking dealers to display. I dont think they were ever intended to be sold and cant really think of a reason to spend money on one. Maybe put it on a rifle for the next Tron movie. :)
