    Just got back from Philly. Had to stop on the median on Broad to take a picture as the truck was clean.

    That's what i figured. I never was sure if that was legal or not. I parked fully on the sidewalk once on 3rd street. Of course I was on my motorcycle.

    The vehicles were literally bumper to bumper. I am not sure how they would even get them. They looked like they had been there a long time also, covered in dust.
