truck wants to "follow the road"

I just got new wheels and tires installed on my truck, both used, it is a 2006 access cab 2wd. tires are 265/70/17
Before changing tires i did not have this problem, but now it feels like the truck wants to follow the road, if there is a bump or unleveling of the road, it feels like the tires catch on it and it wants to follow it. Its pretty bad and it will jerk the truck around, especially on the little bumps that separate lanes.
What could I check besides allignment?
maybe something down there is loose

I thought it might just be the bigger tires but my dad drove it and said something is no doubt wrong.

Alignment. Should solve your problems.

 

Could be an issue with the actual tires, as well. Could try a rotation and see if the pull goes away.

 

Just noticed that you said the tires are used. How many miles? Are they worn evenly?

I would still get an alignment to rule that out, then go from there.
