    Fellas, I heard about a great recipe the other day. Buffalo chicken meatballs.

    Start with ground chicken. Mix it with chopped garlic and onions, and season with salt. Bake them until they're cooked through. Toss them around in your favorite buffalo sauce ( I like 3 parts Franks Red Hot to 1 part butter and a wedge of lemon). Then serve with blue cheese. I might make them this weekend.

    my my my it absolutely was, mashed up a bunch of cloves of garlic, added some salt pepper and rosemary for the outter crust and cooked it to a nice 115* for a good ole rare center.

    sides were garlic mashed potatoes and greenbeans.

    After cutting the heart shaped steaks for valentines dinner, there was a lot of good meat left. After grilling and then tossing in a gravy I cut it in small pieces and wrapped it with cheese in a fillo dough wrap.

    Nice!! Yeah I have done that plenty of times after getting all the cooking done, I wouldnt even think about taking pictures then you eat it all so its to late!!:mad:

    That happened to me last night. I made some really nice looking porterhouse and spinach. I was cutting it close with making it to work on time so I didnt take any pics. I am regretting it now because they tasted even better then they looked. I try not to do that too much. Even my 4 yoa daughter laughs at me that I am taking a picture of the food for TW....

    Best way to roast a chicken in my opinion 420 degrees for 1hour and 15 minutes, have a foil tent ready for when chicken starts to darken after 40-45 minutes
