My point was essentially that, I suspect the average Canucks knowledge of hockey far surpasses the average Yanks.

They are right between the Canadiens and the Leafs. It was def made before the end of last year.

The fans are not pissed at all, still just happy to have a team to watch and I haven't heard of any players complaining.
The Jets are still usually competitive even when they lose. They have lost a bunch of 2-1 games lately, but they normally wait untill the second game of a back to backs before completely shitting the bed like in Pitt.
There were not alot of fans who thought they would make the playoffs anyway.

He looks pretty good when the Jets have the puck, but when the other team gains posession he magicly turns into a pylon. He takes way too many chances.

 

Correct, they have enough trouble scoring. Wellwood has been pretty good in shootouts.

 

I liked him when he was on the Canucks

 

Wellwood has some nice hands... his issue has always been his work ethic, staying in shape.

 

hahaha The Devils don't even have 1/2 of NJ as fans let alone the whole state. Their stadium is always empty and everyone in south Jersey HATES them

No ones going to be able to beat these teams in a 7 game series. Especially if they get both of them back to back. Philly has the best chance but their goaltending is suspect as usual.

 

I agree they are in the best form in the East , but the playoffs almost always produce an upset
