USA Spec PA-15 Location ?

Were is everybody mounting the actual PA-15 box itself , and is it important to be able to access it ?

Is there any need to access it after the initial install ?

 

I opened my glove box, pulled it out, stuck the actual box in the small space that exists between my glove box and the dash. Left the wire running into my box, allowing access to the ipod itself, hiding the box, and keeping a clean look

You mean the RCA jacks on the unit itself ?

 

Mine is underneath the cup holder. I ran the iPhone cable out into the slot next to the shifter, and ran another cable up to a 3.5mm input that I installed on my dash (in the blank opposite my 4x4 switch). It works fantastic.

I can only see needing to get at the unti itself if you wanted to add an additional Aux input or something like that.
