Sorry for a bit of an absence. I run on RPI's track team, so unfortunately this results with most of my weekend time being lost to track meets and then to schoolwork. But back to the grill, My truck has actually been in the shop for 3 weeks and finally go it back on Friday before going away all weekend. Between all my work for school, I would like to take measurements this week, and then start actually designing the grill, if possible I think I would like to take the insert approach, but I will see how it goes. I don't know what the prospects for production are but I will share my progress on here and with anyone that wants to follow.

It's actually a full custom font (not really a font at all) that I made in photoshop using the pen tool.

Just tint and ppl for now.
Dig the look of #3. Would be great if you could pull it off. Wouldn't work for my rig as you can barely see the grille. Awesome PS work!

    Dude I'd so buy one!

I actually made an amber LED light bar that puts 3 sets of leds betwen the honecomb holes in my 2011 grill to try to do the same thing as the raptor! I built it but never wired it up....I should to post some prototype pics! lol...

I had this idea brewing for over a year now and I have the part# from Ford for the actual LEDS used on the Raptors.

However the price is  per LED. So I scrapped the idea and decided to go a different route. I'm going to finish the idea out and not rip the FORD idea as a whole.

I'll add my own twist to it.
