I used krylon fusion for the headlights. I used the same baking steps for all 2nd gen headlights.

For the grill. It's held on with twp screws near the center and 2 plastic retainers at the ends. The bottom is held to the bumper by 5 or 6 locking tabs that you need to reach in and depress so that the grill pops forward. If you feel behind the grill near where it meets the top of the bumper, you will feel the tabs that you need to release

Hope this helps. I'm better on working on things than explaining them

Every item on this truck is a tasteful mod to make it look amazing...I want your truck...

The one question I have is why Morimoto Mini's for the retro? I had them in my '11 Si and they were great but they are a little small for these headlights, I was thinking of going with TL or LS430 projectors if/when I do a retro...by the way the BHLM is stunning, I want that badly...Any chance you did a write up of your retro for the 2012?

Love you truck. If you don't mind me asking what kit did you order from DDM for your fog lights? I have a 2012 and I am kinda confused on what I need to get in the kit. Thanks
