Can anyone tell me which factory button works like a normal toggle switch?

    I want to do the abs mod but I am looking for a factory switch to do the job. I don't want just a simple toggle. Problem is that the switches that I would like to use would either be A-trac or trac control but it is my understanding that they would not interupt the signal rather they are designed to simply send a signal to the ecu and then the ecu sends a signal back to the switch to shut it off. My truck is an 07' and never came with those features. Am I safe to say that the only factory switch that can be used like a toggle would be a fog switch?

    the ATRAC button should work as well. it is only on when the buttom is pressed. i want to get one and make it my yellow wire mod switch. :D

    guess i need to go to cali and take someone else's. they wouldnt know how to offroad then. :rolleyes:

    i really do need to do this though. for a temp solution, i used a simple switch from my daystar lights that wasnt used.

    problem with this is I learned that it too gets shut off by a signal from the ecu....is this true or does it function like a typlical toggle as well? I just want to interupt the signal and connect it back when I want so I can shut off abs for days not a moment!

    i would think that since the ECU shuts off the ATRAC, regardless of the shitch position, the switch would function like normal. it's not like the switch is physically being toggled.

    Yeah and that is my problem.....it needs to function simply like an on and off switch and have complete control. Otherwise it is nothing more than a signal sender as opposed to something that actually physically opens and closes the circuit itself.
